What is happiness?

After Googling, I decided, it's pretty complicated.  The simplest answer I saw and the one that resonated with me most was a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment.  It seems that humans make happiness pretty complicated. So let's talk dogs instead.

Dogs have it figured out. Never stressing about what will happen tomorrow or rethinking everything that happened today, just happily living in the moment!   

Living in the moment sounds amazing, but isn't that realistic because we do have things to do and think about.  So my real-world advice is to set aside a minimum of 30 minutes every day to be with your dog (or dogs).  Walking, playing, training, whatever it is you and your dog enjoy doing together.  This will guarantee you and your dog 30 minutes of happiness every day while strengthening your bond and that is good for the soul.

Meet Dax! This little dude knows how to live!  I had the pleasure of photographing this little guy for my Tails of Las Vegas book project and he was a blast to capture.   So cute, happy, and spunky!  He really just wanted to do zoomies all around the park, but that wouldn't have been safe, so he just happily bounced around as much as he could within his leash range.  It was impossible to not feel happy seeing his little smile.
