Meet Nadia, the gorgeous 8-year-old Husky/Akita mix whose heart radiates pure gold. This extraordinary furry friend finds sheer delight in the company of her human companions, relishing those tranquil moments of basking under the sun's warm embrace during serene meditations.

With an undeniable flair for the camera, Nadia takes to the spotlight with a blend of elegance and confidence that's nothing short of captivating. Her luxuriant coat, paired with those mesmerizing eyes and an innate charm, made each photograph a true work of art.

Weathering the Storm

Nadia's journey to grace the Tails of the World 2023 book was one of resilience and patience. Despite two rain checks—first near Lee Canyon for a wildflower backdrop in May, and then again in mid-July—the third attempt proved to be a charm. This time, a local neighborhood park, a locale almost as breathtaking as Nadia herself.

Sun, Sweat, and Splashes

Battling the summer heat required swiftness, a challenge for me. Yet, Nadia remained a true trooper against the soaring temperatures,  And thankfully, a nearby water play area came to the rescue, offering Nadia a chance to cool off, while I captured a few more images of her.

I'm so glad I finally had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful girl!
